Step 3: Creating Your Interact Account

1. Open the Tally Customer Portal at www.tallysolutions.com and log in using your portal credentials.
2. Select WhatsApp for Business and verify the pre-filled details. Enter your email ID again to confirm its accuracy.
3. Click the submit button to send the request to your Tally partner.

Upon receiving your request notification, your Tally partner will share the details with Interact through an account creation form. Once your Interact account is created, you will receive an email containing your username and password for the Interact account.

1. Log in to your Interact account using the provided username and password.
