Just Corseca Warranty Policy:

All Just Corseca products are covered under performance warranty against any defects from the date of original purchase. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Just Corseca will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product. Just Corseca provides no warranty for the products malfunctioning due to third-party software license or otherwise installed by the customer.

Just Corseca products carry a specific period of warranty for each product (please visit the “specification” of respective product page). This warranty entitles the purchaser to get the product repaired or replaced under the following conditions –

During the warranty period Just Corseca will at no additional charge, replace defective parts or products with new parts or serviceable parts or products that are equivalent to new parts or products in performance.
The Company’s obligation under this “Limited Warranty” shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of product/part(s), which are found to be defective during the given time period of warranty. No refund will be given for under warranty.
Once payment is confirmed any cancellation or refund of order is not accepted.
Any payment related query while placing the order, The refund will be made into the source payment of the customer and can take up to 3-5 working days.
In case of change of mind of a customer refund will not be accepted or the customer has to bear a handling charge of 399/-.
In no event, Just Corseca shall be responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind.
In the event of any service availed from Just Corseca on chargeable basis or for out of warranty product, the charges for the same have to be paid at the Just Corseca in advance. Please contact customer care for repair cost.
To obtain warranty service, Just Corseca will require the original proof of purchase. Repair may take 10-12 working days to be delivered.
The warranty does not cover:
Any physical damage, liquid damage and accessories.
Damages, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: –
o Repair or attempted repair by any one not authorized by Just Corseca

o The serial numbers or warranty seal or batch no of the product being removed or defaced in case it is there.

o Use of the product within an improper or inappropriate operating environment

o Damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media.

o Normal wears and tears

o Failure of owner to perform periodic product maintenance as stated in the User Guide / Quick Start Guide

o Accessories external to the system

o Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

It typically takes 2-3 business days to process your order after your payment is received. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation to you, including tracking number(s) if provided by the shipper.The usual delivery time is between 5-7 days of dispatch.

If the shipper provides Track & Trace functionality then this information will be e-mailed to you.

If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information of their visit, including a number to call. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time.

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of Order). We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. All major credit cards are accepted.
